NEWIndoor + outdoor routing, now in beta

Indoor maps that don’t stop at the door.

Mapfloors turns floor plans into live, routable maps for wayfinding, kiosks, apps and building operations, joined to the streets and campuses around them.

01The platform

One map. Made once, used everywhere.

Mapfloors covers the whole life of an indoor map, from the first drawing to the dashboards your facilities team checks every morning.

01

Create

Send us the drawings you already have. Our mapping team turns them into a routable map with AI import, and you review it before launch.

02

Deploy

Ship the same map to your website, kiosks, mobile app and digital signs. One source, every screen.

03

Operate

Put live data on the floor plan: positions, occupancy, assets, work orders. See how the building is really used.

02How it works

We build your map. You choose who runs it.

No blank editor and no weekend of tracing floor plans. Our mapping team builds your first map, then keeps it current for you or hands it to your team.

  1. 1

    Book a demo

Show us the building and what visitors or staff need. Bring a floor plan if you have one and we’ll map it for the call.

  2. 2

    We build your map

Our mapping team turns your drawings, models or an on-site scan into a routable, georeferenced map. You review it before launch.

  3. 3

    Choose who runs it

Managed: we keep the map current for you. Self-managed: we train your team to make changes in Studio. You can switch later.

Option

Self-managed

We build your first map and train your team. After launch, you make changes in Studio and publish them yourself, with our support when you need it.

Option

Managed

We build the map and keep it current. Send us a change, whether it’s a tenant move, a refit or a closed corridor, and our team makes it, checks it and publishes it.

03Door-to-desk

Visitors don’t start their trip in your lobby.

Most indoor maps end at the building outline. Mapfloors runs on Atlas, a full GIS, so streets, parking, transit stops and campus paths are part of the same routable network as your corridors and lifts.

  • Multi-building campus routing
  • Parking and transit as start points
  • Step-free and accessible paths
  • City and OpenStreetMap context

04AI floor plan import

Your drawings are already most of a map.

Send us the plans your architects and facilities team already maintain. AI import finds walls, rooms, doors, stairs and lifts and builds the routing network, then our mapping team checks every floor before you see it. Drag the slider to compare.

05Why teams switch

Built by a GIS company, not a kiosk vendor.

Indoor maps are spatial data. Treating them that way changes what you can do with them.

Indoor + outdoor01

Routes start at the street, not the front door

Mapfloors sits on Atlas, a full GIS. Parking, transit stops, campus paths and building interiors live in one map, so a route can begin where your visitor actually is.

Any input02

PDF, DWG, IFC or a phone scan

We build from whatever you have: CAD, BIM models, scanned PDFs or a LiDAR scan of the space. No need to commission new drawings before you start.

Open data03

Your map is yours to take anywhere

Export to IMDF, GeoJSON, GeoPackage or vector tiles whenever you like. Read and write over OGC APIs. No proprietary format holding your floors hostage.

Agent-ready04

Ask the building where things are

A REST API and an MCP server let assistants and internal tools answer questions like “nearest defibrillator to Gate 22” and return a route.

06For developers

An indoor map in your app in ten lines.

SDKs for web, iOS, Android and React Native, all on MapLibre. Bring your own basemap, style rooms with plain map styles, and query spaces like any other spatial dataset.
